CareZo Health does not provide medical treatment, ambulance services, insurance, or direct healthcare services.
CareZo Health does not collect or store personal information beyond what is strictly required for app functionality.
The app operates with minimal required technical access only for features requested by the user, such as login verification, appointment facilitation, and nearby healthcare provider display.
We do not collect unnecessary personal data.
We do not store sensitive payment details such as debit card numbers, credit card numbers, CVV, bank account details, or UPI PIN information.

Foreground location may be used only while the app is actively open to help users find nearby hospitals, clinics, blood banks, labs, and ambulance contacts.

The app only displays nearby third-party ambulance contact information for convenience.
Any pricing, response time, communication, or service quality is solely the responsibility of the respective ambulance provider.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. CareZo Health does not store payment card details or banking credentials.
Transactional notifications may be sent for bookings, subscriptions, and service updates necessary for app functionality.
